HOW WE WORK
The beginners' guide
First we meet. Free of charge, hour long, scope the job meeting. Then you let us know if you'd like us to prepare a brief pr and communications proposal. We will give you an idea of what this would cost. A proposal would include indicative actions and associated estimated costs which we can refine to suit your budget. Together we'll finalise that into a plan which can be as detailed or fluid as you need.
From that point on we work together looking for opportunities, finding the best ways to get your messages out. Over time we'll build a relationship that may see us eventually taking care of all your communications across several sectors, overseeing or guiding projects such as marketing collateral or website development, offering advice or developing media opportunities and relationships, or we can continue on an adhoc basis distributing press releases or taking on specific projects.
What we do is time and skill intensive and requires experience, knowledge, determination, persistence, pedantic attention to detail and several of those elusive things known as the ‘simple phone call'. But as you probably well know, the benefits of a well run pr strategy stack the cost/benefit ratio heavily in your favour. We will estimate the cost of any specific project and let you know as we near budget ceilings. If your budget is fixed, we can also negotiate simple or detailed contracts with fixed budgets. We're flexible and we're experts in communication. Let's talk.
